To use FitPulz services, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Updating your information when it changes

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or provide false information.

When you book a lesson through FitPulz:

• Reservations are confirmed immediately and subject to availability
• Cancellation policies are set by individual sports centers and displayed before booking
• No-shows may result in restrictions on future bookings
• Waitlist entries are processed automatically when spots become available

FitPulz acts as a booking platform — the contractual relationship for lessons is between you and the sports center.

You agree to use FitPulz responsibly and not to:

• Create multiple accounts or share login credentials
• Submit false or misleading information
• Interfere with the platform's operation or security
• Use automated tools to access or scrape the service
• Harass other users, trainers, or center staff

Sports centers listed on FitPulz are responsible for:

• Accuracy of lesson descriptions, schedules, and pricing
• Providing a safe environment for participants
• Honoring confirmed bookings
• Compliance with local regulations and safety standards

FitPulz does not guarantee the quality or safety of any specific lesson or center.

FitPulz provides the platform "as is" and is not liable for:

• Injuries or accidents during lessons
• Cancellations or changes made by sports centers
• Service interruptions due to maintenance or technical issues
• Indirect or consequential damages arising from platform use

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of FitPulz after changes constitutes acceptance. Significant changes will be communicated via email or platform notification.
